Last Tuesday, November 18th, we attended the Maritime Hub 2025, Catalonia’s leading forum on marine innovation and the blue economy, organized by BlueNetCat and the Directorate-General for Maritime Policy and Sustainable Fisheries of the Government of Catalonia.
During the event, we were able to connect with experts, companies, and public and private entities to discuss transformative ideas and explore new collaboration opportunities in the field of the blue economy.
Some of the key topics addressed at the congress were:
- Nature-based solutions for a more resilient coastline.
- Entrepreneurship in the blue economy.
- Technology at the service of the sea: cartography, artificial intelligence, and digital solutions.
One of the highlights was the participation of Quebec (Canada) as the guest territory, contributing its expertise in marine innovation and sustainability.
Events like this are essential to drive transformative projects and advance toward an increasingly sustainable and competitive blue economy.
From Windcrete, we would like to thank BlueNetCat for organizing the event and all participants for the conversations and synergies we generated.
